 Though the budget does show at times it doesn't really harm this as it has such a wigged-out script it stays interesting and pretty entertaining. I love those meltdown scenes with the 'skin bubbles' and there's also a caged weapon fight reminiscent of Escape From New York.  -- (TheVideoGraveYard.com)
