Plot: Mohinder Sharma (Amitabh Bachchan) is the rich owner of Sharma Limited based in Delhi. He achieved his ambition and dreams through sheer hard work. But when his wife passed away, he turned into a real workaholic. This meant spending less time with his daughter, Shalini (Rani Mukerjee) who is quite intelligent like her father with a very feminist attitude.Jai Varma (Shah Rukh Khan) is a neurotic accountant working for Sharma Limited. One day he comes across a woman, changing him into the cool, womanizing, aggressive Michael. He starts living two different lives, one in the name of Jai and another in the name of Michael. Anand Bakshi (Abhishek Bachchan) is a journalist. New in his profession, he is on the lookout for an interesting story to make his mark into journalism.
