ED & HIS DEAD MOTHER is the offbeat story of a momma's boy who is given the chance to bring his dead mother back to life. Ed is unused to life without mother, so when a company called "Happy People Ltd." offers to to resurrect dear old mom, he jumps at the chance. Once revived, she seems normal at first but soon begins to exhibit a few personality quirks--like eating bugs. Mom has to return to the grave, or she might be the death of her son! The star-studded cast includes Steve Buscemi, Ned Beatty, Eric Christmas, and Gary Farmer.

When Ed's mother dies and "Happy People, Ltd." contact him and claim to resurrect the dearly departed for only $1000, Ed doesn't have to think long before agreeing. Ed is overjoyed at his mother's return until he starts noticing her doing things that ordinary senior citizens just don't do! Soon Ed's life is turned upside down in this hilarious dark comedy.
