Plot: After an unexplained seven year absence, prodigal son Danny White (Moran) makes a grand entrance back into his father Alan (Hurt) and sister Emma's (Moss) lives when he shows up at the front door, bleeding from a gunshot wound. This painful family reunion is given urgency by the fact that both of Alan's children are in mortal danger. Danny, bleeding profusely, was injured in a botched mob kidnapping, and will now have to face up to his vengeful employers, if he lives that long. Emma, on the other hand, is dying of a rare disease and in need of an immediate heart transplant -- for which Danny, as her twin, is the ideal donor. But he's not ready to give his heart away, or at least not for free. A costly deal is struck between the estranged father and son, one that pushes the bounds of filial devotion and demands the ultimate price.
