A train carrying a Russian Atomic weapon is on a runaway course with disaster – and time’s running out! Only John Seger (Rob Lowe), a renegade investigator for the NTSB, can get the situation under control – if he can stop the speeding locomotive.
While citizens near the crash site evacuate and the President prepares the country for the worst, John jumps aboard the “atomic” train in a last minute effort to stop the disaster before it’s to late!
