Frank McKlusky, C.I. is the latest movie to follow in the footsteps of the Farrelly brothers (who made Dumb and Dumber and There's Something About Mary). Dave Sheridan plays the title character, an insurance claims investigator whose father (Randy Quaid), a daredevil stuntman, blew up while attempting a motorcycle jump. In response, Frank's mother (Dolly Parton) became a safety nut, forcing her children to wear padded clothing and crash helmets even when sleeping. Frank's one goal in life is to get revenge on two shyster lawyers who prevented his father from getting proper medical attention. But the plot of Frank McKlusky, C.I. is just an excuse for an endless series of tasteless jokes about the handicapped, gays, fat people, bodily functions, and Scott Baio. If this is your cup of tea, you know who you are. Featuring Andy Richter, Kevin Pollack, and Chyna of the WWE. --Bret Fetzer

Comedian Dave Sheridan stars in Touchstone Pictures’ "Frank McKlusky, C.I.," an outrageous comedy in the vein of "Ace Ventura: Pet Detective," about an insurance claims investigator who takes his job a little too seriously. As a child Frank (Sheridan) watched his daredevil father wipe out in a horribly-conceived motorcycle stunt, and since then, Frank’s developed an unhealthy aversion to any kind of risk: he lives with his parents, wears a helmet everywhere he goes, and lives his life strictly by the rules. He was inspired to become a claims investigator by his father’s experience, but lets his partner do all the dirty work on every case, preferring his odds as "the in-the-van guy." But when his partner is killed in the line of duty, Frank’s forced to come out of his shell (and his helmet) to crack the case, aided by his sexy junior partner, Sharon (Cameron Richardson). Frank does get a thrill out of his new life, but can he get the evidence before the odds catch up with him?

Daredevil McKlusky stunk at every stunt he's ever attempted. After ending up in a coma after his last failed attempt, his son, young Frank McKlusky and his mother watched helplessly as insurance fraud robbed them of every penny they had. Lesson learned, Frank grew up to be a claims inspector vowing to defrauding the guilty and protecting the innocent for insurance fraud. Justice is served in the insurance world, until one day his partner dies in a suspicious accident. Bound by duty and friendship, Frank vows to figure out the killer and in turn solves the biggest insurance scam ever known.
