Plot: Andy On takes on the role created by Jet Li in 1999's BLACK MASK. As Black Mask searches for the biological abnormality which gave him super powers, he discovers a terrorist plot to drop a DNA-altering bomb on the human race! In order to foil the plot, Mask will have to tangle with a cadre of chemically-altered professional wrestlers who have the ability to morph into dangerously powerful mutants. Hong Kong action master Tsui Hark (PEKING OPERA BLUES) directs.
