JERRY O’CONNELL (Michael Delaney) is quickly becoming one of Hollywood’s most sought after young actors. O’Connell will next star in Destination Films’ Buying the Cow and the comedy First Daughter, which he also wrote.
O’Connell most recently starred in Brian DePalma’s Mission to Mars opposite Tim Robbins, Gary Sinise and Don Cheadle. Prior to that he starred in New Line’s Body Shots and Scream 2 opposite Neve Campbell. Since making his feature film debut at the age of 12 in Rob Reiner’s critically acclaimed coming-of-age drama Stand By Me, O’Connell has gone on to star in such feature films as Calendar Girl, Joe’s Apartment and Cameron Crowe’s Jerry Maguire.
O’Connell, a graduate of New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts, has numerous television credits to his name, including the popular sci-fi series "Sliders," for which he also directed several episodes. He starred in the telepics "The Hole in the Sky" and "The Room Upstairs" as well as the television series "Camp Wilder" and "My Secret Identity."
