Plot: Stephen Baldwin stars in this action-packed drama directed by William Webb. Baldwin is Charlie Snow, a sniper who works for the American government. After Charlie saves the day in Turkey and prevents the hijacking of American surface to air missiles, he returns to Los Angeles. Unfortunately for him, the leader of the hijacking, Yevon (Yorgo Constantine), has taken it upon himself to fly to L.A. and kidnap Charlie's wife (Steffani Brass). Teaming up with ex-CIA operative Donovan (James Russo), Charlie sets out on a mission to reclaim his wife.
