CHRIS PENN (Peter) enjoyed the opportunity to work with Peter Falk. "I've known him since I was six or seven years old — my father directed several 'Columbo' movies," he says, "But we've never worked together until now. I was really happy when I found out he was doing this movie. He's been great."
Born into a talented family of actors and musicians that includes Sean and Michael Penn, Chris won international acclaim for his role in the independent film "The Funeral," winning a Volpi Cup at the Venice Film Festival for Best Supporting Actor. He was also nominated for an Independent Spirit Award for Best Male Lead for his performance.
Other credits for Penn include: "Cement," "Life After Donna Dell," 'The Florentine,' "Family Attraction," "One Tough Cop," "Rush Hour," "Mulholland Falls," "To Wong Foo, Thanks for Everything, Julie Newmar," "Imaginary Crimes,"
"Beethoven's 2nd," "Reservoir Dogs," and "Footloose." Next year, he will appear in Bruce McCulloch's comedy, "The Promise."
