 Friday the 13th Part VI is played much more for laughs than other films in the series, and some moments of humor actually do help the entertainment value of the film. Of course, most fail miserably, like the bit early in the film that features the most ridiculous James Bond reference in the history of cinema. [read review] 30/100

The film itself looks superb. Well shot, atmospherically lit, and crisply paced, which is something that applies to most of the franchise. This film was also the first F13 to have a stereo sound mix, and it adds layers to the films ambience. [read review]
