ZACH GAUFIANAKIS (Luke) recently appeared in back-to-back roles in Touchstone Pictures' "Corky Romano" and "Bubble Boy "as well as co-starring in MGM's "Heartbreakers." He will next be seen as Weird Wally in writer- director David Twohy's forthcoming World War II supernatural thriller 'Below," which centers on a haunted submarine in which the U.S. sailors must face ghosts while being attacked by Nazi enemies on the surface.
On television, Zach was most recently seen in his own comedy special on Comedy Central.
Born in North Carolina, Galifianakis began his career in stand-up comedy performance, garnering industry attention at the 1998 Just-for-Laughs comedy festival in Montreal, Canada. During 2000, he was part of the alternative shows at the U.S. Comedy Arts Festival in Aspen, Colorado and the Chicago Comedy Festival. As a stand-up artist, he has also performed on "The David Letterman Show" and on "Late Night With Conan O'Brien."
