Plot: Heading up the Strike Force once again are Amy Jennings (Theresa Randle) and Matt Daniels (Mark Dacascos), leading a dangerous mission into Southeast Asia. Their goal is to recover a new anti-hijacking device that allows air traffic controllers to fly a plane by remote control, which has been stolen by terrorists intending to use it to crash a plane into a U.S. military airbase.
