Plot: This low-budget horror film from genre veteran Ulli Lommel (BOOGEYMAN, BOOGEYMAN II) recounts the true story of Kansas serial killer Dennis Rader. Known as the BTK Killer, which stands for "bind, torture, kill," Rader killed numerous victims in the 1970s and led police on a fruitless chase before dropping out of sight for 30 years. Now, he's back, picking up where he left off and with no sign of relenting.
