The only surprise in this mildly cute comedy? The title phrase was almost never said. --Steve Rhodes
The concept of Are We There Yet?, alone, is enough for me to discourage parents from taking their kids to go see it. How ever could the idiotic characters influence a child in a positive way? --Danny Baldwin (BucketReviews.com)
For those of you who think I am overexaggerating its lousiness, I can only hope that you enjoy the film with your brood. I especially hope that you enjoy the ride home afterwards. --Peter Sobczynski (eFilmCritic.com)
As the kids riddle the journey with mishaps for Nick, ``Are We There Yet?'' turns into an above-average kid-empowerment comedy. --Paul Sherman
Average comedy that doesn’t really exploit its decent premise. Not as funny as it should have been. --Matthew Turner (ViewLondon)
