 ...there is a great deal to appreciate visually, but the storyline is bland and the film sequencng is more ridiculous than the first installment. It's a good film to get if you enjoy watching Toshio and Kayako raise hell, but as far as explanation goes, there is none, and the viewer is left in the dark regarding the origins of the Grudge yet again.
