The Devil's Rejects Reviews |
It doesn't matter if you're a fan of the first or not, because this film really goes in a totally different direction. I personally enjoyed it -- the story is interesting and so are the characters. See this movie not expecting a horror flick, but an interesting action-crime piece that proves to be fairly interesting entertainment. [read review] 7/10 --FrighT MasteR (UHM)
Zombie has shown immense growth in his directing style and in my opinion is set to become one of the greatest horror directors ever, he’s worked his way into the ranks of Carpenter, Craven, and Hooper in my book and I can’t wait for him to direct more. [read review] -- (Bloody-Disgusting.com)
its clear to see that they don't survive the hundred police or so that are shooting at them. What a real shame because these have probably got to be some of the scariest mother fuckers that Ive seen in a long time, Otis ill miss you man! [read review] -- (terrorwatch.net)
This is a powerhouse of a film, with a gaping abyss where its heart should be. In a world where alleged horror movies float in and out of cinemas like vapour, The Devil's Rejects etches itself on your brain with a white-hot brand. [read review] -- (slasherama.com)
It's very, very different from House. In look, texture, performances, characterizations. This film ups the ante and delivers the goods. It's menacing and depraved and God will horror fans love it! [read review] --Hyde (horror-web.com)
the camera work becomes a character in its own right as it forcibly squeezes the viewer close to the violence in the same way a documentary would. [read review] 9/10 --Vaughan Dyche (thefilmasylum.com)
