The gore, however, which was REALLY trimmed for the PG-13 theatrical release, IS here in all its dripping, slimy glory, [In the new version] we have one character doing an almost erotic “taste-test” on the globs of hemoglobin stuck to her hands and fingers after she has disemboweled a victim. Cursed didn't turn out to be the disaster that I had predicted it to be. I'll agree that it was a bit of a mess, but at least it was an entertaining mess, unlike the mess in my apartment. If I were you, I'd probably wait until the uncut version gets released on DVD but I won't advice you not to go see it in the theatres as it is still a pretty good flick. [read review]

What we get is just about every cliche imaginable, from a sudden hunger for raw meat to a heightened sense of smell. Jimmy uses his new prowess to... try out for the wresting team? Yeah -- that's exciting. And the effect of the curse on Ellie is that sheundoes one more button on her blouse and apparently looks really, really hot. [read review]

Yup, CURSED is SCREAM with werewolves...too bad the recipee was slap-dashed our way with uber carelessness!...You get a whole lot of attractive "not much"; a Dawson Creek/horror hybrid, with an able cast, some clever lines and a handful of gory bits. [read review]
