Award-winning British writer/director CLARE KILNER made her feature film debut with Janice Beard: 45wpm (which won Best Film award at the Aspen Film Festival, and also won Best Director and Best Film awards at the San Jose Film Festival) with Eileen Walsh, Patsy Kensit and Rhys Ifans. Her short films include "Daphne & Apollo" for Channel 4 and the documentary "The Secret," which won a Royal TV Society award, the Best New Director award from the Melbourne Film Festival and the Best New Director award from the Nyon Film Festival. Kilner is also a successful commercials director.
