 This horror/comedy isn't a conventional 'zombie' movie and is sort of tepid but at least the plot is mildly interesting and it's mostly watchable. Sure it gets a little stale at times and there's a really silly car chase but there's worse movies out there and Madsen does okay in the heroine role.  -- (TheVideoGraveYard.com)
This isn't a terrible attempt at social commentary, and there are a few scenes that are mildly interesting. However, it's mostly tedious going, though Virginia Madsen does turn in a decent performance.  --Jack Witzig (ColdSpot)
