Plot: The terrifying saga--based on the novel by Dean Koontz--continues as The Outsider, the government-created mutant beast, escapes to the jungles of South America. Military troops are sent to contain the damage, but when their efforts result in multiple deaths, Einstein, the golden retriever with a 175 I.Q.--also the result of a government project--is sent in to try and outsmart the beast.
