Plot: In this sequel to Joe Dante's PIRANHA, unsuspecting vacationers at tropical Club Elysium find that they are the main course for a school of deadly piranha fish, genetically engineered as weapons by the government. This marked the directorial debut of James Cameron but that's the only thing notable in this dull follow-up with fairly competent gore effects but a rehash of a script.  -- (TheVideoGraveYard.com)
The piranha fish actually fly in this movie, if that makes any sense. It's quite bloody, but beyond that there's nothing to recommend. It's hard to believe it was directed by the guy who would go on to make "Aliens" and "The Titanic."-- (eSplatter.com)
