A local biker has just been given the electric chair and sworn revenge with his last breath. It's now spring break and America's college students are flocking to Florida to enjoy sun and surf. But something else awaits them this year - a sadistic mystery biker with the ability to electrocute his victims.

A year after the execution of a gang leader, teens at Spring Break are being killed by a mysterious motorcycle-riding man who electrocutes his victims. It's up to a football player and his girlfriend to find out who is responsible for the murders.
