After helping a rich couple with their car, Alex (David Hess) and his slightly retarded brother (Giovanni Radice) invite themselves to their party. The people at the party are bored and looking for kicks, unaware of the two madmen in their midst. (The two have also recently raped and strangled a woman before helping the couple). When the tension is broken, the film descends into an unrelenting catalogue of repugnant moments of humiliation, rape, mutilation, and murder.

Alex, a psychopathic mechanic, rapes a woman in the park. Later, a couple pulls into his shop needing car repair. They invite Alex and his mentally challenged buddy to join them at a decadent suburban party. Once there, Alex amuses himself by tormenting and raping the guests, never realizing that the guests may have an agenda of their own!

Nice type, Alex (David Hess). If you didn't know him you could even be fooled when he amuses himself by playing the "nice guy". For some time he's been wearing one more necklace. He ripped it off a girl: Susan, whom he then raped and killed. His brain flipped. Tonight he wants to go out and have fun with Ricki (Giovanni Lombardo Radice). Ricki's a strange guy. He's highly strung and the slightest thing will crack him up.
They're about to leave when two kids, Tom and Liza (Annie Belle) arrive. Their car has something wrong with it, but Alex refuses the $50 a day they offer him to repair it. His tone changes when he hears the two are going to a party. He becomes friendly and says that if they invite him and his friend Ricki, fun is guaranteed...
