All Jack Cutter wants to do is lead a quiet, meditative life. But he can't do that just yet... because Jack is a vampire hunter, and cannot rest until the last of the undead have been destroyed. Unfortunately for him, the police have followed the trail of bloody vampire carcasses right to Jack's door. If he is arrested, there will be no one to finish his job, and the bloodsuckers will continue to breed more of their kind.
So the hunter has become the hunted, as Jack tries to complete his job and evade the cops.

Jack Cutter (Don "The Dragon" Wilson) is a man of peace who wished to lead a quiet life of serenity and meditation.
