Plot: Vinny is a cab driver obsessed with a popular horror actress. He follows her to the Cannes Film Festival in the hopes of meeting her. Unfortunately, Vinny's actions lead only to various gory deaths for a number of people. Another Troma horror spoof, partially shot at Cannes in 1981.
