Plot: Executed killer Joe Meeker (David Keith) comes back from the dead to seek revenge on the cop (Martin Kove) who killed his wife during their final crime binge together. Donning an array of costumes, Meeker stalks his victim as Elvis, a clown, a French chef, and an orange-haired biker in this supernatural tale of pursuit.
