 Synopses for Terror Tract (2000)
1.A trilogy of terrifying tales set in three suburban houses. An unusual real estate agent (John Ritter) is taking a newlywed couple to three homes he has for sale. At each home he tells them a different ghoulish story. In the first, a wife who has murdered her brutal husband fears that he may not be as dead as she hoped. Next, a father grows suspicious of his daughter's pet monkey and tries to put a stop to its evil mischief. Finally, a teenager finds himself psychically linked to a demented killer, who pins the blame for the deaths on the teen. A group of horror stories in the tradition of TALES FROM THE CRYPT.

2.A Horror Double Feauture!

Cherry Falls:

It's a quiet little town - until the night that a serial killer begins preying on its youth. Cherry Falls will leave you wondering if you should giggle or scream for help. A fiendish take on the teen thriller genre, where there's a method to a killer's madness, and only one naughty way to insure you're not the next victim. Dark secrets, darker motivations, and the blackest humor ever run wild in this send-up of horror films, where it's not always the innocent who survive.

Terror Tract:

He sells the American Dream…but in this neighborhood dreams turn into nightmares! John Ritter is Bob Carter, a real estate agent having a tough time selling his three top listings. Sure the homes have blood-soaked histories, but these are top-notch houses! As Bob takes prospective buyers to each of the homes, recounting the gory fate of the previous owners, they become apprehensive about buying. But Bob works for an agency whose incentive plan is so good, he would just kill to make a sale.
