 While this is well-directed and it's always nice to see Rooker it falls victim to a fuzzy plot, Zegen's poor acting and some groanable attempts at humour. Generally weak, silly and strictly average although there is some decent effects and a cool power pole crushing.  -- (TheVideoGraveYard.com)
