Plot: Casper Van Dien stars as Tom Turner, a young stockbroker who discovers the latest victim of the "Money Maker" killer, a murderer who has already claimed 14 victims. Heading up the case are Detectives Renart and Dorothy Smith, and the two are immediately suspicious of Tom, who not only fits the profile of the killer, but seems curiously undisturbed at having found a corpse. Soon after this, the killer begins threatening Detective Renart's spurring him to step up his pursuit of the killer. Full of visual style and bleak wit, SANCTIMONY is a deft urban slasher movie.
