Plot: Featuring two tales from horror masters Stephen King and Clive Barker, QUICKSILVER HIGHWAY was helmed by television director Mick Garris (THE STAND). Christopher Lloyd stars as storyteller Aaron Quicksilver, who introduces the tales of terror and comments on their finish. The first, King's "Chattering Teeth," features a normal man terrorized by a psychotic hitchhiker as well as a pair of possessed false teeth. The second, Barker's "The Body Politic," finds a man frightened by the proposition that his hands are rebelling against him.

 Watchable but pretty so-so TV effort has a pretty decent first story and a second story that's idea is cool but is given silly execution. Frewer is good but the effects in the second story are nothing if lacking. Writer/director Garris could've done better.  -- (TheVideoGraveYard.com)
