 Synopses for Link (1986)
1.Elisabeth Shue stars as Jane, a student who has recently gotten a job as a research assistant with Dr. Steven Phillip (Stamp), who is conducting experiments with chimpanzees. Instructed to travel out to Dr. Phillip's house in the country, Jane is greeted there by Link, an aging chimp in a butler's uniform. There, she observes Dr. Phillip perform a few experiments and does some housework for him. However, one day Dr. Phillip leaves the house and never returns. leaving Jane to deal with some strange men who want Link and three increasingly hostile chimpanzees.   

2.An Experiment in Terror.



Young graduate student Jane Chase becomes the new assistant to an eccentric Zoology professor at the remote home he shares with two brilliant chimpanzees and an elderly orangutan butler named Link. But when one of the chimps is found dead and the professor mysteriously disappears, Link becomes dangerously aggressive towards Jane. Now, the time for 'monkey business' is over and the true terror is about to begin.



Elizabeth Shue (Hollow Man, Leaving Las Vegas) and Terence Stamp (Superman II, The Limey) co-star in this suspense thriller directed by Richard Franklin (Cloak and Dagger, FX 2) that also features a chilling score by Oscar® winning composer Jerry Goldsmith (The Omen, Planet of the Apes).
