Plot: After being returned to a life of snowy murder by a lab accident, the snowman with a taste for vengeance finds that he is now impervious to heat, bullets, and even chemical antifreeze. With his newfound invulnerability, Jack seeks retribution against Sheriff Sam, the mild-mannered law enforcement officer who defeated him in the first movie.  Considering the original stretched a one-line premise as far as it could you pretty much know what to expect here though the 'snowball fight' moment is mildly amusing as is the 'box of Jack' moment in the finale. Even those who liked the original will shake their heads as this inane effort. Gets in its Godzilla homage in the end credits.  -- (TheVideoGraveYard.com)
