Plot: Scotland's Yard's search for a missing film star leads them to a haunted house, which serves as the framework for this sharp British anthology of four horror tales starring icons Peter Cushing, Christopher Lee, and Ingrid Pitt.  Overall this is a watchable time and while it isn't quite as good as Asylum it proves that Bloch's work makes for a decent batch of stories, gives us two horror icons in small roles and plays better than a good share of the anthology flicks of the time.  -- (TheVideoGraveYard.com)
A decent watch if you're into horror flicks that tell stories. I found this movie to be surprisingly decent, and although three of the four stories are predictable it's a good watch for something interesting, but don't bother if you're looking for somethi 6/10--FrighT MasteR (UHM)
