After a fairly suspenseful opening sequence it's all downhill from there with a senseless script which is just silly and cheesy enough for this to be watchable fare for those with a taste for garbage cinema. ... Probably director Cozzi's most enjoyable and best looking film production wise, which really isn't saying much. One laughable alien as well.
Truly lame Italian imitation of the classic "Alien." ... The one saving grace of this film is the excellent score by Goblin. A must-see for hardened fans of Italian gore films of the 1980s that should definitely be avoided by everyone else.
Finally, we can see every detail of the exploding stomachs which were this movie's gimmick and helped keep it in most gorehounds' hearts.

|The story isn't very strong nor is the acting (dubbed that is). But the directing keeps the movie interesting with a few jumps here and there and many intense scenes that will stay with you for many days. |
