CHRISTINA APPLEGATE (Julia/Rosalind) is a veteran of stage, television and film. She starred in the highly rated NBC sitcom "Jesse," playing the title role of Jesse Warner.
In addition to a successful eleven season run on "Married ... with Children," she appeared on several other television episodics including "Family Ties," "2l Jump Street," and "Amazing Stories." Prior to "Married ... with Children," Christina starred in the ABC-TV series "Heart of the City." Additionally on the small screen, she appeared in the Movie-of-the-Week "Dance 'Til Dawn."
Christina is currently in production on director Bruno Barreto's film "View from the Top," in which she co-stars with Academy Award® winner Gwyneth Paltrow. Upon completion of "View from the Top," she will begin work on "Sweetest Thing," in which she will co-star with Cameron Diaz. The film is directed by Roger Kumble.
Christina recently completed filming the Hallmark Hall of Fame presentation of "Prince Charming," in which she co-stars with Martin Short. Other recent film credits include, 'The Big Hit," directed by Kirk Wong, "Kiss of Fire," directed by Antonio Tibaldi, and "Mafia!" directed by Jim Abrahams. Christina can also be seen in "Nowhere," written and directed by Gregg Arakii, and made a cameo appearance in Tim Burton's "Mars Attacks!" In addition, she appeared in "Wild Bill," directed by Walter Hill, "Vibrations," directed by Michael Paseornek, "Across the Moon," "Don't Tell Mom the Babysitter's Dead," and "Streets."
On the Los Angeles stage, Christina appeared in "The Third Day" with Gena Rowlands, directed by John Cassavetes. Other theatre credits include "The Axeman's Jazz," "Nobody Leaves Empty Handed,'' ''The Run Through,'' and ''The Grass Harp."
Christina and her personal manager of 20 years, Tami Lynn, are production partners in feature film and series development.
