 A bore of a sequel from start to finish (based on John G. Jones' fairly decent novel) that's only cheap laugh comes when a plumber gets a dismembered hand in the face from a water pipe. Pretty desperate.  -- (TheVideoGraveYard.com)
Though the acting is passable, the directing is far too slow, and among the missteps there's not a scare to be found. 25/100--Jack Witzig (ColdSpot)
