 Watchable sequel is a lot better than the preceeding installment and competently made also. If you don't take it seriously and ignore the lapses in plotting it actually turns out to be an alright timewaster.  -- (TheVideoGraveYard.com)
In the end, this film rips off the admittedly creepy image of the Amityville Horror house, giving us a bunch of cliches and underrealized plot points... 33/100--Jack Witzig (ColdSpot)
