Genre: Drama

Plot: During World War II, a young boy whose mother has died and father has gone off to fight, goes to live with his grandparents in a tiny Vermont town. Feeling cynical and alienated at first, he gradually warms up to the situation, especially as he perceives the lives of his aunt and her young son to be in danger from a mysterious stranger.
