Jeff McGrath in Wild Thornberrys Movie, The (2002)
JEFF MCGRATH (Co-director) worked for many years as a designer/director in TV graphics and commercials after graduating from Yale University and attending UCLA Film School in animation. Switching to character animation in 1990, he found a home at Klasky Csupo working on "The Simpsons." He started to direct on the "Rugrats" in 1992, then went on to direct on "Duckman," after which he was named creative producer of "The Wild Thornberrys" series. He feels that "The Wild Thornberry Movie" is a logical evolution of the TV show, providing a suitable and visually satisfying format for bigger themes and more complex characterizations.
