ORLANDO JONES (Daryl Chase) recently starred in the football comedy "The Replacements" with Keanu Reeves and Gene Hackman. Jones also starred in Barry Levinson's "Liberty Heights."
Forthcoming films include the Farrelly brothers' produced comedy "Say It Isn't So" as well as Ivan Reitman's "Evolution" that Jones is currently shooting opposite David Duchovny and Julianne Moore (Summer 2001).
Jones's first job in Hollywood was as a writer for the NBC sitcom "A Different World." He then moved to Fox to write for "ROC Live," and later became a producer for the Fox series, "The Sinbad Show," starring the comedian Sinbad.
After four years as a writer and producer, Jones segued to front-of-camera work when he joined the cast of Fox's sketch comedy show, "Mad TV," where he spent two seasons.
Jones is also developing three feature film projects that he will write, star and produce: "The Reverend Pimp Daddy" (Columbia Pictures); "Redneck" (Columbia Pictures); and "Stickyfingers" (Universal Pictures).
Born in Mobile, Alabama and raised in Greenville, South Carolina, Jones serves as the spokesperson for 7UP.
