Plot: After a notorious counterfeiter Carl Banks breaks out of prison, he knows he's the most wanted man in the state. What he doesn't expect is to nabbed by a ten-year-old. When one of Timmy Taylor's backyard traps catches Carl, Timmy sees the convict as his escape from summer school.
