Synopses for The Fifth Monkey (1990)

In the jungles of Brazil a snake-catcher named Cunda tries to make enough money to marry his beloved. Unable to earn the necessary amount from the sale of his snake skins, the Cunda captures four chimpanzees and sets off for the distant city to sell them. But the road to market is filled with adventure, tragedy and romance and before Cunda has reached his destination it has taken some startling turns.
