Plot: When a Greenpeace vessel falls victim to an act of terrorism in a New Zealand harbor, it's skipper finds it hard to convince anyone that the explosion was anything but an accident. That is, until he manages to win over Auckland's superintendent of police. With the entire police force mobilized, the two men launch an investigation -- the results of which nearly topple an allied government.
