Genre: Comedy, Spoof, Satire

Plot: This offbeat comedy suggests what might happen if the television ratings system went on the fritz and public broadcasting stations wound up in first place throughout the USA.

Stuart Stain is a principled executive at PBT (Public Broadcasting Television), whose programs suddenly start smashing the competition. As a result of PBT's new-found success, the commercial stations -- including the Plunkett Network -- scurry to come up with alternatives to the trash they have been dishing out.

However, the new programs that end up on the airwaves are some of the most hilariously awful shows imaginable. Two particularly "choice" dramas stand out: one featuring Tom Selleck as crime-fighting cellist Rock Maninoff, and another starring Joe Piscopo as... Hamlet!

What network will win this wacky battle for television viewers?
