Plot: In the 23rd century, Earth I dispatches its prisoners-of-war to a barren, isolated planet known as Penal Zone Eleven. Life is a difficult proposition on this unforgiving new world, a place where only the strong survive. In the midst of this chaos, two of the planet's newest prisoners attempt to create a fledgling society in what is essentially a wasteland. But not everyone exiled on Penal Zone Eleven wants the place turned into a law-abiding community; that would interfere with the fun they have running roughshod over the rest of the planet's frightened population. Will peace and love save the day?
