Plot: A double bill of two feature length pictures from the highly successful BABYLON 5 television series. "The Gathering" is the pilot movie that launched the outer-space adventure. It introduces the Babylon 5 space station as the attempted negotiating station between dueling alien factions. A murder mystery adds further drama to the opening of this ambitious attempt at space peace. "In the Beginning" provides the backstory to the series. With the idea for the space station proposed, the situation goes so dreadfully wrong that nearly all Earthlings are obliterated.
