A beleaguered Chicago furniture executive, George Lollar, (Charles Grodin) takes his family on a Caribbean vacation only to find that their vacation paradise is in reality a sleazy singles' hangout. The tropical 'paradise' has soldiers, a surly staff and ugly tourists, but only Lollar manages to not enjoy his stay.
