Plot: A low-level clerk at the State Department has his life turned upside down when a dying secret agent gives him a formula that makes people invisible. To stay a step ahead of all the spies and counter-spies looking for the formula--not to mention the cops, who think he killed the agent--he drinks the potion. Hilarity ensues.
