Plot: Eddie (Vance) is an elite hit man for a secret branch of the U.S. State Department. He wants to quit his job and start a new life with his girlfriend, but is pressured by high-level agency operative (Alexander, Asner and Turner) to perform one last hit on fellow hired gun, who has been busy killing FBI agents for a cartel of South American drug lords.
